Happy Valentine's Day from the Snow Cupids

Well, it took a while, but it looks like winter in the Alps may finally be making a comeback after a somewhat inocuous start. Total quantities vary, but most of the swiss alps received between 50-80cm over the past few days. It was a windy storm, so the snowpack has yet to sort it itself out entirely, but the past couple of days of skiing have been very good. Temperatures are meant to go up today which should decrease the risk of powder avalanches for this weekend and the upcoming Carnaval week.
